In our production facility in the Leather Specialization & Mixed Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa, Türkiye — 5,000 m² total site area with 2,000 m² covered production area — we build our equipment from raw plate with robotic welding and CNC technologies. Quality control stays entirely in our own hands.

Our factory sits in an organized industrial zone where the leather, textile, automotive, machinery and food industries are concentrated — the same industries whose wastewater we treat every day. Being inside that ecosystem is why our engineers know these effluents from the inside, not from a textbook.

Yaskawa Robotic Welding
6-axis Yaskawa welding robot, MIG/MAG and TIG. Repeatable weld quality, millimetric accuracy and continuous production capability.
CNC Plasma Cutting
CNC-controlled plasma cutting for carbon and stainless steel from 2 mm to 40 mm thickness — high speed with low heat input.
Laser Cutting
Fibre laser cutting on 0.5 mm – 12 mm sheet: ultra-precise contours, minimal heat-affected zone and excellent edge quality.
CNC Press Brake
Sheet bending on a CNC press brake with 4 m working length, programmable angle control and a wide set of tooling.
Plate Rolling
3-roll hydraulic plate rolling machine for cylindrical tank shells from 500 mm to 4,000 mm in diameter.
Plastic (PP) Welding
Extrusion and hot-air welding equipment for polypropylene tanks, scrubbers and other chemically resistant assemblies.
MBBR Carrier Extrusion Line
We extrude the MBBR biofilm carrier (media) on our own line: drying hopper, extruder, cooling and calibration tank, and haul-off unit. The carrier is not bought in.
Filter Press Plate Machine
Filter press plates are pressed on our own machine, from 470 mm to 1500 mm plate size, membrane and recessed-chamber types. Replacement plates do not depend on a third party.
Overhead Cranes
5-tonne and 10-tonne overhead travelling cranes for safe assembly, handling and loading of large equipment.
Test & Measurement Lab
Leak testing, pressure testing, jar test laboratory and weld NDT inspection equipment — a lab fully equipped for FAT.
Paint Shop & Surface Treatment
Sandblasting, phosphating, electrostatic powder coating and epoxy paint — long-life surface protection to RAL colour codes.

Robotic Welding
Yaskawa robotic welding stations deliver high-precision, repeatable weld quality on stainless steel, carbon steel and special alloys.
CNC Plasma Cutting
High-precision CNC plasma cutting lets us cut a wide range of thicknesses and materials to millimetric accuracy.
PP Tank & Scrubber Fabrication
Polypropylene bending, welding and assembly lines for chemically resistant tanks, scrubbers and gas washing units.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
AISI 304/316 stainless steel tanks, reactors and process equipment — with in-house rolling, welding and surface treatment capacity.
PP/HDPE CNC Butt Welding
A CNC butt-welding machine with 4 m working length joins PP and HDPE sheets full-length in a single seam — homogeneous, leak-tight joints on tank and scrubber shells.
Assembly & Dispatch
In-house assembly, testing and crane loading capacity, followed by domestic and international shipping logistics.

Every unit is fully tested before it leaves our factory — and again before it is commissioned on your site
FAT
Factory Acceptance Test
Carried out at our factory, in the presence of the customer or their representative. Before dispatch, the complete equipment is tested in operating condition.
- Hydrostatic pressure test (tanks and closed systems)

SAT
Site Acceptance Test
Once site installation is complete, commissioning and acceptance are performed at your plant with real wastewater. All performance parameters are verified here.

Traceability & Documentation
Each unit receives a unique serial number. Material certificates, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), test reports, installation manuals and warranty documents are archived digitally against it — so every component can still be traced years later.

What we commit to once the equipment leaves this factory
Two-Year Warranty
Two-year warranty on our equipment — the same terms we apply at home and for export. Bought-in components (pumps, motors, blowers) carry their manufacturer's own warranty.
Technical Support
Technical support is provided on weekdays during business hours. Periodic maintenance agreements are available.
Fast Response on Enquiries
First response as soon as possible, technical evaluation as soon as possible. Preliminary feasibility is free of charge.

Container Shipping
Sea freight in 20' and 40' standard, high-cube and open-top containers, via the ports of Gemlik and Mersin to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Road Freight — Groupage & Full Load
Trucks, lorries and special carriers for domestic delivery, and TIR transport (TIR Carnet) to Europe and Central Asia. Low-bed trailers for oversized equipment.
Crane Loading — 10 tonnes
Our 10-tonne overhead crane loads large tanks and packaged treatment plants safely. Mobile crane organisation can be arranged for your site.
Professional Packing
Wooden crates, stretch film, foam padding and desiccants so equipment survives even transoceanic transport. Timber to ISPM-15 fumigation standards.
Export Documentation
Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, EUR.1 / ATR movement certificates, certificate of origin, customs declaration and the rest of the export paperwork — prepared and followed up by us. Commercial terms are agreed per project.

Do you really manufacture the equipment in your own factory?
Yes. In our facility in the Leather Specialization & Mixed Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa — 5,000 m² total site, 2,000 m² covered — we build equipment from raw plate: Yaskawa robotic welding, CNC plasma and fibre laser cutting, CNC press brake, plate rolling and PP welding lines are our own. Tanks, filter presses, scrubbers/towers, automation panels, quality control/testing and MBBR carrier media extrusion all run in parallel under the same roof. The photographs on this page were taken in our own factory. Our limits are stated just as plainly: we do not build NOx abatement systems or wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP), and we do not act as main contractor in large municipal EPC tenders.
Which materials do you work with?
We work with AISI 304/316 stainless steel, polypropylene (chemically resistant tanks and scrubbers) and St37 carbon steel (structural steelwork and standard equipment bodies). PP and HDPE sheets are joined full-length in a single seam on a 4 m CNC butt-welding machine. Tanks are built from 500 L to 50,000 L, filter press plates from 470 mm to 1500 mm and scrubber towers from 500 m³/h to 90,000 m³/h.
Is the equipment tested before dispatch?
Every unit passes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before it leaves, in the presence of the customer or their representative: hydrostatic pressure test, leak test, weld NDT inspection (dye penetrant/ultrasonic), electrical circuit and PLC function test, documentation handover and a signed acceptance protocol. After erection on your site, a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is run with real wastewater; operator training and the warranty start record are issued at that stage. Material certificates, WPS/PQR and test reports are archived digitally under each unit's serial number.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes — we have shipped to 17 countries so far. Sea freight in 20' and 40' standard, HC and open-top containers from Gemlik and Mersin ports; road transport to Europe and Central Asia under TIR Carnet; low-bed trailers for large units. Packing is in ISPM-15 fumigated wooden crates; proforma and commercial invoices, EUR.1/ATR, certificate of origin and customs declarations are prepared by us.
