We manufacture it. All 12 categories on this page are built in our own 2,000 m² factory in Bursa, Türkiye, under ISO-certified quality management. The photographs on the category cards show GESU-manufactured units, not stock images.

Screens and drum screens (coarse/fine screens, screw screen press, compact units); grit and grease removal (aerated grit chamber, oil skimmer, API separator); mixers and flocculators (static, vertical-shaft and horizontal propeller); flow control and penstocks (penstock gates, weirs, telescopic valves, decanters); clarifiers and scrapers (circular/rectangular, lamella settlers, surface scrapers, thickeners); tanks (PP, stainless steel, carbon steel); filter press and dewatering (plate filter press, belt press, screw press); sand and disc filters (pressure sand, activated carbon, disc); dosing systems (chemical preparation, lime and polyelectrolyte units); conveyors (screw, belt, sludge loading point); membrane systems (UF, NF, RO modules, housings and frames); automation and control (PLC, SCADA, control panels, remote monitoring).

Stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316L), carbon steel (St37) and polypropylene (PP), all fabricated in our own workshop. Tanks are offered in PP, stainless steel or carbon steel depending on the chemical service; the material grade for each part is agreed in the quotation. Start with your flow — average and peak — and tell us where the unit sits in the treatment chain. Depending on the category we then ask for the specifics: channel dimensions and bar spacing for screens, sludge quantity and dry solids for filter presses, tank volume and the chemical handled for tanks and dosing units, and a full water analysis for membrane systems. The Turkish category pages publish the full detail — working principle, part-by-part material matrix, scope of supply and selection criteria — and are the source for every English answer.

We do not treat NOx, do not manufacture wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP) and do not act as main contractor in large municipal EPC tenders. We also have no overseas offices or agents — every unit is engineered, built and shipped from Bursa. Our stated limits are published on the Documents & Evidence page.
