Namet Gümüşova Integrated Meat Plant — Wastewater Treatment and Water Reuse

Erection in progress — commissioning planned for end of 2026One of the world’s major integrated meat plants. GESU is building a DAF pre-treatment + Kubota flat-sheet MBR chain; once commissioned, the RO at the outlet will recover water for boiler feed and cooling water — not as drinking water. Erection is under way; commissioning is planned for the end of 2026.
Beko-Arçelik Eskişehir Refrigerator Factory — Full Revamp & Water Recovery
Commissioning planned to be completed in September 2026The factory’s existing industrial and domestic wastewater treatment plants were revised from end to end; the water recovery system is being built from scratch as two separate lines — once commissioned, industrial and domestic water will be recovered separately. Commissioning is planned to be completed in September 2026.
Slaughterhouse Wastewater Treatment Plant — Morocco
A slaughterhouse wastewater treatment plant we built turnkey in Morocco. The DAF + biological treatment chain for bloody, greasy slaughterhouse wastewater is in operation on site.

Packaged domestic wastewater treatment system for the Vero Gıda plant (2022).
Aynes Dairy Factory — Biological Treatment Plant, Denizli (2,000 m³/day)
Industrial biological treatment plant for dairy processing wastewater (2021). The DAF unit, drum screen and decanter are GESU-manufactured.
Aali Albasiqat, Baghdad — Treatment Plant and Equipment Package
Treatment plant plus a GESU-manufactured equipment package (2021): drum screen, compact fine screen, UV disinfection, biofilter and grit separator.
Philippines — Municipal WWTP Equipment Package (WATERMATIC)
Process design and a GESU-manufactured equipment package for a municipal (domestic + septic) wastewater treatment plant in the Philippines: screens, DAF, SBR equipment, sludge dewatering, sand filter, automation. Client WATERMATIC; ordered 2020, commissioned 2021.
Turkmenistan — Municipal Treatment & Gas Scrubbing
Buysan Gurluysk municipal wastewater treatment plant (2014): the process design and the equipment manufacturing are GESU’s; most of the concrete works were completed, while mechanical erection and commissioning have not been carried out yet. Also the Tejen Ahal gas scrubbing (scrubber) project.

Industrial chemical wastewater treatment plant (2012). Water reuse with activated carbon filtration and RO.
AXOR Industry Alkaline Zinc Plating — Chemical Treatment Plant, Ukraine
Chemical wastewater treatment plant and sludge dewatering system for an alkaline zinc plating line (contract 2011). GESU’s first project in Europe.

ARTUR Holiday Resort — Municipal-Scale Biological Treatment Plant (1,600 m³/day)
Biological treatment plant of 1,600 m³/day (8,000 population equivalent) and sludge dewatering for the domestic wastewater of a large holiday resort (2000) — our first domestic biological treatment plant.
